We are looking to recruit seven freelance Children and Young People’s Mental Health Trainers to join our pool of facilitators.

Oxfordshire Youth works with over 100 voluntary organisations, youth clubs and projects from all over Oxfordshire, providing training, events, advocacy and development and sustainability support. We are currently in an exciting development period of strengthening and expanding our Youth Leadership and Participation Offer. As a result, we need to recruit additional trainers to meet the growing demand for our courses.

As a freelance trainer for Oxfordshire Youth you will support us in providing our essential Induction to Children’s or Young People’s Mental Health courses, supporting front-line professionals and guardians. Each trainer will receive a comprehensive ‘Train the Trainer’ course, all relevant materials and regular support. On completion of course, you will become a registered Oxfordshire Youth trainer and will be required to deliver a minimum of five courses per year, for two years.

Application deadline is 9th September 2019 and interviews will take place on Monday 16th September 2019.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be available to attend the ‘Train the Trainer’ course in the second half of October.
