The Head of Finance and Property has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the financial activities of Oxfordshire Youth. The Head of Finance and Property will help the business understand and address risks, monitor the financial health of the charity, and support the charity to achieve strategic financial growth.
