There is no single experience of being a young person in Oxfordshire, and there is no single experience of being an organisation supporting them.
Across our city, towns and rural communities, young people, youth workers, volunteers and organisations experience different opportunities, different challenges and different realities.
We want to listen to you tell us about your opportunities, realities, and challenges in 2026. Because if we want a youth sector that is stronger, more sustainable and better able to respond to what young people need, we need to understand those different experiences. This is a countywide conversation about what needs to change, what we need to protect, where the gaps are, and where, by working together, we could achieve more.
