Youth practitioners in the spotlight – the pioneering programme putting workforce wellbeing first

15 September 2023

Time to focus on you!

We cannot help others without exercising self care, so it is essential that everyone working with children and young people prioritises their own wellbeing. The incessant rise in complex mental health needs among young people, in turn demands increasing levels of mental resilience in the frontline workers delivering life-changing support.

Starting on the 27th September 2023, Oxfordshire Youth is partnering with The Prudence Trust to offer a fantastic Youth Practitioner Wellbeing Programme fully focussed on developing and uplifting youth practitioners in Oxfordshire. To ensure maximum equality of opportunity, the course is fully funded, meaning participants receive over £2000 of training for free! Find out more about the course here and to join us sign up here, grab one of the few remaining places and give yourself the gift of time to explore, learn, connect and grow.
