Watch our video to find out what our Youth Practitioner Wellbeing Programme can offer you

Since September 2023, Oxfordshire Youth has been partnering with The Prudence Trust to offer a pioneering Youth Practitioner Wellbeing programme that puts youth workers’ mental health first. The next intake is in May and the course is fully funded, meaning participants receive over £2000 of training for free! None of us can help others without exercising self care, so it is essential that everyone working with children and young people prioritises their own wellbeing. Find out more about the course here and to join us sign up here, grab a place and give yourself the gift of time to explore, learn, connect and grow.

Sam Claxton, Oxfordshire Youth’s Youth Sector Wellbeing Coordinator really enjoys looking after all our particpants. Here he is, explaining why youth sector staff are drawn to the programme and how much they’ve been getting out of it so far. Then read on for more detailed information to help you know what to expect if you join in, and Sam’s contact details if you want to discuss the support we can offer applicants.
