Youth Skills Coordinator

As Youth Skills Coordinator at Oxfordshire Youth, you will help deliver inspiring youth development programmes that build digital, leadership and employability skills for young people across Oxfordshire. With a particular focus on our Digital Natives programme, you will support young people to overcome barriers to education, employment and training (EET), develop confidence in digital environments, and gain the skills needed to thrive in a connected world. You will also contribute to leadership and employability initiatives including Young Leaders, Transitions Through Leadership and Future Leaders, creating meaningful opportunities for young people to realise their potential.
