A 3-day residential programme for young people aged 14+

Young Leaders programme

Designed and delivered by Oxfordshire Youth, this annual programme sees young people aged 14+ from across youth clubs and youth organisations join a 3 day residential and training programme to develop their skills and gain a Level 2 in Leadership and Team Skills accredited by the Institute of Leadership and management (ILM).
