About oxfordshire youth

Youth Work Changes Lives

We exist to ensure that every young person -no matter their background - have the skills, support and connections they need to thrive.

Our Impact

Resourcing the Youth Sector Across Oxfordshire

We have the privilege of supporting the youth sector across Oxfordshire, training between 1,000 and 1,500 staff and volunteers each year. We create opportunities to connect, learn and grow through conferences, impact events, and our quarterly Children and Young People’s Forums, where best practice and insight are shared across the sector.

The voluntary youth sector in Oxfordshire plays a vital role in shaping positive outcomes for young people and supporting their transition into adulthood. The more resourced, skilled and connected the sector is, the greater the long-term impact for young people, communities and society as a whole.
